Steve has worked as a listing specialist since he began in real estate in 1996, consistently closing 95% of all of his listings while the market average was only around 55%.
Steve created a small team of listing specialists that he supervised until 2006 when he retired as an active Realtor. Steve unretired in 2009 and now works with both buyers and sellers. Steve’s philosophy is to deliver superior service while always keeping the client’s best interests as his guide. Steve was not just a Realtor but also a Principal Broker. He also has earned the professional designations of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Less than 4% of Realtors nationwide hold these designations
Steve’s attained his undergraduate degree is in Education from S.U.N.Y Buffalo and he completed 2 years in a master’s program for Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. He is a co-founder of a men’s group that has been meeting weekly for 20 years, exploring all aspects of being male and deepening connections between men. His interests include: playing guitar and ukulele, fire dancing, magic (both stage and metaphysical), traveling the world, attending musical & community events, downhill skiing, golf, chess, and is committed to personal growth and the evolution of his soul.
