Margaret was born and raised in Portland, never moving from this amazing city. Her experience purchasing, remodeling, and selling her first home inspired her passion for real estate. She has lived in various areas of the city and now resides in inner SE with her husband, son, dog, cat and pet frogs.
Owning and remodeling five diverse properties over the past seven years has given Margaret an educated perspective on home ownership. Margaret has remodeled older bungalows, a mid-century ranch, a condo and a tri-plex. She understands the emotional aspect of looking for that perfect home, the purchasing process, the pride home ownership can bring, and the comfort of owning a piece of the world.
With a background in psychology and counseling, Margaret brings with her strong skills in facilitating communication among parties. Her clients describe her as dynamic and attentive.
