Born and raised in Portland, Erica is a strong believer in home ownership. She purchased her first home at the age of nineteen and began her real estate career at the young age of twenty one. Erica specializes in selling older homes in the inner city. In the first five years as a Realtor, Erica has sold over 250 homes!
Erica loves her work. She has a natural desire and passion to assist her clients through the home buying and selling process. It’s her goal to help them be successful in attaining their real estate dreams. Her priority is to provide an exceptional level of service. She finds great joy in sharing her expertise, experience and the dynamics of her city with others. She is rewarded by and thrives on the meaningful relationships she develops with her clients.
In 2005 Erica became a Co-Owner of Portland’s Alternative Realtors and Principal Broker. She is most grateful for the many referrals from clients and friends and wishes to thank all of those who have contributed to her success in her real estate career.
In her spare time, Erica loves dancing, yoga, traveling, dining and her cat Precious.

Our family of four started our search for a new home this year looking for a modest fixer-upper in Alberta Arts and ended up in a beautiful old farmhouse on a few lovely acres in Estacada. What began innocently as a common search ended up being an uncommon process which was truly transforming for our entire family. And Erica, our Realtor, was right there the entire time patiently guiding and helping through all the homes, neighborhoods and towns we explored while attempting to uncover our heart’s desire.
